When you place your order with us, you will automatically receive an e-mail notification verifying your product selection and how your order will be shipped to you. If for some reason there is a problem or issue with the order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Please contact us if you experience any shipping delays or you do not receive tracking information promptly.

If you cannot or do not want to send your credit card information to us via the web, just call Future Generations at 530-274-7002 or you can fax us at 530-274-7901. Our Customer Service hours are 10 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. Please have the following information ready to complete your order: Your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and credit card information.

Special Orders

Certain items are Special Order only and are subject to different return rules than regular purchases. Future Generations must strongly adhere to these rules because we do not stock Special Order items as they are ordered based upon your request. In addition, since these items are specially ordered, these items will be charged to your credit card in full when they are ordered. All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are subject to a 30%-50% restocking fee as we are unable to return these items to the manufacturer. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to your order being shipped from the manufacturer. All personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the manufacturer.

Canceling An Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us by calling 530-274-7002 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

If we cannot prevent the shipment, please see our Return Policy.

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using our secure server to ensure your privacy and security.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to your order only if your packages are being delivered to addresses in the State of California. Any shipments to other states will not be charged sales tax.

Return Policy: 30 Day Guarantee

Our policy entitles you, the customer, to return for store credit or exchange any item purchased within 30 days of the date of invoice. The item must be new, unused, in its original condition, and in its original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

We cannot issue credit for products that have been subject to misuse or mishandling or for any items with any indications that they have been used, are dirty or have been washed. Additionally, personalized items and personal care items such as breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories, and undergarments cannot be returned. Items can be returned to Future Generations for a full store credit less the shipping charge. We will refund shipping charges if the product is defective or shipped in error. If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Future Generations. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

All credits and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.

Please return items via UPS or insured Parcel Post. When returning the item(s), please include the item in its original packaging, the original packing slip, a copy of the receipt, and a return form.

Defective Items

Please contact our customer service department at 530-274-7002 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Future Generations will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact our customer service department within 3 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 3 business days of delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.

Warranty

Most of the products sold at Future Generations are warranted directly by their manufacturers for 1 year. Should you desire to review the warranty information for a product, please contact the manufacturer of the specific product in question directly or contact our customer service department at 530-274-7002.
